Working through a claim can sometimes be confusing. Here is what you can expect: Typically, once ProPACK is assigned to a homeowner, usually by a chosen contractor or your insurance company, we share in a direct discussion with you to determine both your immediate and long-term needs. We will evaluate the items and contents of your home and explain our cleaning and storage process. We will not only define our services in full detail but we will also educate you on the entire claims process and where we fit within it.
We will then walk with you through your home and designate areas that have been affected by the loss, taking pictures of each room. Then we coordinate with your contractor and adjuster and plan a pack out time where we will carefully document, photograph, protect, extract and bring your items to our warehouse to begin the cleaning production stage. Your items will be carefully stored in our climate-controlled warehouse until your home is repaired and cleaned by your contractor. Finally, we will coordinate a delivery and reset of your items.
